Carefully recruited from the local community, our support workers and support coordinators are exceptionally well-connected, caring and knowledgeable. Together we’re working hard to ensure the people we support have every opportunity, and are able to exercise their right to choose and have control in their own lives.

Aurora Supports was founded in 2020 with a simple goal: to put people first. Managing Director Rosie Grigg saw a need for more personalised, high-quality disability support—where clients and staff feel genuinely valued, respected, and heard. Aurora was built on the belief that support services should make a real, lasting impact on people’s lives, and that’s exactly what we aim to do.
Starting small, Aurora has grown steadily, ensuring our infrastructure and team are as strong as our mission. We’ve carefully brought together passionate, dedicated professionals who share our commitment to doing things right. Even through challenges like COVID, our focus has remained on delivering meaningful, tailored support.
As we’ve evolved, we’ve shifted from Support Coordination to focus on 1:1 supports and group activities. Now, we’re expanding into high-intensity supports and becoming an implementing provider, with plans to grow into aged care and other support sectors.

With over 22 years of personal experience, Mandy brings deep compassion and dedication to her role. She takes time to truly listen and support each person’s individual needs. Outside of work, you’ll find her fishing, kayaking, or spending time with family. Mandy is all about kindness, respect, and raising little humans to be caring and compassionate. She’s proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares and makes a real difference in people’s everyday lives.
With a background in child care and a strong commitment to helping others, Sharon brings warmth, heart, and hands-on experience to her role. She enjoys building genuine connections with clients and supporting them to feel more confident in their daily lives. A proud mum, farmer, and family person, Sharon is passionate about creating supportive spaces for everyone—including her grandkids! She’s always learning through job-related courses and brings compassion, care, and a down-to-earth approach to every person she supports.
Taylor brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her role at Aurora Supports, drawing on her aged care background and a strong belief in equality. She’s driven by a desire to make a real difference and loves seeing people grow in confidence and independence. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys swimming, walking, cooking, and getting creative with arts and crafts. She’s proud to be part of a team that celebrates every win and focuses on what truly matters—supporting people to feel valued and respected.
With decades of experience in disability, education, and community services, Kim brings unmatched depth and leadership to her role as Support Services Manager at Aurora Supports. She’s passionate about fairness, listening deeply, and helping people shape the lives they want. Kim values honest, person-centred support and loves being part of a team that genuinely makes a difference. A proud grandmother and holiday enthusiast, she believes everyone deserves rest, respect, and opportunities to thrive—on their terms, in their own time.
Tiia brings fresh energy, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a difference in her role at Aurora Supports. Having grown up helping others, she’s proud to now support people to feel empowered and live more independently. Tiia is studying while working and is passionate about creating joyful moments—whether that’s through art, laughter, or simply showing up with kindness. She loves animals, video games, and being part of a team that truly listens and cares about both people and their goals.
Rosie brings lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to social justice. With a background in occupational therapy and over a decade in the sector, she’s passionate about helping people reach their full potential. She leads a team known for high-quality, person-centred care and believes everyone deserves the chance to live a full, meaningful life. Outside of work, Rosie enjoys crafting, nature, and family time—and is always advocating for fairness, inclusion, and positive change in the community.
Jaclyn brings a calm, consistent presence and a strong commitment to doing her job well. New to the sector and currently studying Youth Work, she’s passionate about building trust and helping people feel supported in their everyday lives. Jaclyn values genuine connection and believes that kindness and respect go a long way. She enjoys getting to know new people and being part of a team that works closely together. Outside of work, she loves the beach, camping, and spending time with friends.
At Aurora Supports, Erica brings creativity, warmth, and genuine care to her role. With professional experience and a background in family caregiving, she offers both skill and heart in everything she does. Once aiming to be an art teacher, Erica now channels her creative spirit into crafting joyful, meaningful experiences for each person she supports. Passionate about pottery and travel, she shapes each day to be as unique as the individuals she walks beside.
With hands-on experience and a Certificate IV in Individual Support (Disability), Ruth brings passion and purpose to her role at Aurora Supports. She’s dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and live meaningful lives in the community. Ruth values Aurora’s fresh ideas, strong team spirit, and the support that connects staff, families, and carers. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and keeping up with her kids’ activities. Ruth is driven to create a more caring, supportive, and fair world.
With a strong background in business and community services, Lorna brings practical knowledge and a deep passion for helping others grow. She supports each person to pursue their goals and dreams through engaging group activities. Lorna loves meeting new people and is inspired by the passion and teamwork at Aurora Supports. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and is committed to building a more respectful, inclusive world—starting with kindness, connection, and encouragement. Lorna is all about turning goals into action and good vibes into results.
